Nice equiptment! I can tell you like to do it all yourself. Love the drawer machinery. All you have to do now is find someone to clean. Great shop Ted. Frank

Nice equipment in a decent size space. But I would suggest a serious look into upgrading you dust collection system. Or at very least buy a few brooms and have the guys spend the last 1/2 hour cleaning. That amount of dust in the air & settling on your equipment is a very real health & fire risk to you and your emplyees.

I just purchased another small 1300cmf dust collector to help out a bit. Replacing the big one is probably going to be on the next year plan. It was great when i was by myself, now that i have grown it is undersized for what i do. Most of the " dust mess" is actually from the CNC, i havent found a good way to get the dust sucked from the table, and i end up blowing the spoilboard off with an air gun so that circulates the dust all over the shop.

I'll take some clean shop pictures after my showroom is completed, and i have some spare time on my hands

Ted..Harry makes a good point there; but I wouldn't wait until you have time! One visit by the Insurance guy will knock you back some real serious bucks for a long time! I did this: Every day 15 minutes before quitting all hands man the brooms and waste baskets. Make it POLICY and you will not notice the loss in time at all. The guys come back next morning and work better because of clean-ready-to-go workplace. Been there!!!
