Three person shop in Fort Collins, Colorado. We design and manufacture products and sell them on our website. Our biggest seller are our countertop corbels. We also make custom furniture.

We have a couple dedicated router tables set up for 1/8” radius. The other has a Delta mini stock feeder aboard.

Lots of dedicated jigs for our product line.

The tools we reach for every five minutes. (Except for the brace.)

West bay of shop. Widebelt sander, corbel assembly, and project storage

East bay of shop. Where most of the machines live.

Our shop is in the same building as a very large cabinet shop. They cut our cabinet parts often with their nested base Komo cnc router. They also allow us to use their sweet spray booth every weekend.

Dedicated drill presses for corbel production. Notice the guards in front of the relatively large forstner type bits. We had our first injury (deep finger cut requiring stitches) prior to installing them.

Final corbel assembly and storage cabinets for our 27 models.

Downdraft table. Also built by Steve.

We do lots of drilling. We don’t collect drill press chips and dust. We just blow it.

Mobile clamp rack. Bessey bar clamps, cauls, glue bottles. Pipe clamps live inside of it too, accessible from the back.

Slot mortiser built by Steve Wright, the shop manager for 10 years. We use it for beds and “loose” tenon joinery for doors and frames. The work pieces are toggle clamped down to the fixed bed on left side.
