Job Description:
Manage projects from start to finish.
Work internally with engineering, manufacturing, installation, and delivery.
Measure profitability during beginning and close of project.
Create change orders.
Take Field measurements.
Eligibility Requirements:
Transfer information to manage from Sales to Project Management:
Verifying the scope of work is correct, confirming quantities and alerting team of any discrepancies.
ShopPAK
Reviewing and mark up of submittals.
Work with Production Manger to achieve a timely and cost-effective product.
MANAGE INSTALLATION by Sub-Contractors
Negotiating contracts with the installers.
INSTALLATION SCHEDULING
JOB CLOSE-OUT WHEN Punch list is completed.
Job Salary:
$85K to $110K (pending experience)
