5" H&L discs just won't last
6/5/24
I am primarily a PSA sand paper guy using a DA over a downdraft table. I use cloth back discs from 3M (202dz I think). For a couple of years I have used a hook and loop DA with vacuum primarily for sanding end panels at the assembly bench.
I am frustrated with these discs not lasting, I can maybe sand one pantry end maybe before it seems to stop cutting. I have tried 3M and surf prep discs along with a few other samples of different brands with the same results. Compared to how long the PSA disc last its a joke. It seems every company is trying to get away from PSA.
I'm curious if any of you actually have good luck with these?

We have tried them all , what works best for us is Mirka sanders and 3M Cubitron hook and loop . Seems like the paper, the sander and the pad last forever
