pod and rail conversion

Has anyone converted a pod and rail cnc to a nesting table? Is there much to it? I know I will need a bigger vacuum pump for sure.

I converted a Biesse roverb about 9 years ago. Wasn’t to hard and we ran it for several years. Worked great.
I removed the pods and the holders and built a steel square tube frame. We bolted that frame to the rails the the pods mounted to. I had a piece of 1” Trespa that we bolted to the frame. The finished height was very close to the same as the top of the pods before they were removed. Ran a program to cut grid in trespa.
I was able to utilize my existing vacuum distribution valves to run the vacuum to the table. I used flexible tubing and pvc pipe from the valves to the table and pvc pipe from pump to the valves. Had to make a few switches on software for machine and updated cabinet vision to nested base. Worked great.
Video below is all I have and it was prior to conversion. Only thing different than video is we used bigger tubing direct from valves to table instead of the existing small line I showed.
