Manage projects from sale thru close
Prepare detailed files for each project
Manage dialog with clients, GC’s, architects
Confirm engineering drawings for submittal
Attend PM meetings
Manage schedules internally with engineering, manufacturing, installation, and delivery.
Coordinate architectural drawings, RFI’s, ASI’s, DSK’s, revisions
Measure profitability during the project and after job completion.
Create change orders.
Take Field measurements

Eligibility Requirements
High energy
Willingness to travel
Word, Excel, Epicor, PPAK, AutoCAD experience

Job Salary
$55k - $80k
