Job Description:
Responsible for all estimating activities in assigned projects.
Prepare an accurate cost estimate of materials, labor and services.
Produce an accurate product take-off from client's drawings or other documents.
Manage account services. Monitor project performance. Identify and resolve client concerns.
Identify and sell projects ideal for our operational capacities at a target profit margin.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify sales prospects.
Eligibility Requirements:
Experience in residential architectural woodworking and cabinetry industry.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
local travel to clients and prospects. This requires a valid state driver’s license.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
Job Salary:
$70K to $90K (more for high experience)
