Hydraulic press built from four 20 ton harbor freight press frames. The manual jacks are replaced with air actuated jacks. A 5x22 gluelam for the bottom platen. Two separate top platen. 22”x11’x3’ capacity. The jacks don’t bleed off and loose pressure if the bleed valves are tight

Are you blowing air into the hydraulic cylinder?

Alex, yes they are air over hydraulic jacks. Also I added a automotive jack to the bottom to raise and lower the bottom platen.

Nice press. Do the springs pull up the top platen? Also when using air jacks, do they receive air all at once? If so you must have 4 port air manifold.
