Question Does anyone know if PVA glues will stick to thoroughly cured epoxies?

From Professor Gene Wengert, forum technical advisor: It is my opinion that they will not.
From contributor R: PVAs have to penetrate into the substrate to bond. The water also needs to release somehow. Epoxies will not allow the PVA to bond.
