Description
This machine was made by Mod-Eez to drill and route their different clips. It is able to route and drill all the different clips as seen in the picture by changing the style on the machine interface.
It has 3 drills and one router, the router uses a ER-20 collets (Perske High frequency motor). For windowed routes there is a chip breaker above the bit to prevent breakout. Height is adjustable for different thickness materials.
The VFD was recently replaced, we have full manual, pneumatic, and wiring diagrams.
Full parts list, all of which are still readily available.
The machine runs great, it is still being used, we have purchased a new machine to do these routes and longer need this one.
