Another Teak outdoor kitchen for the same builder I worked with a while ago. The louvered doors were an interesting challenge. View Larger, Higher Quality Image

Hey the louvered doors great. Looks like it would be a tedious process machining all those slots for the slats. Nonetheless, its a great look. Posted By:

Thanks Nick. The planning and figuring out for the doors took longer than the actual manufacturing. I tried to outsource them but, NOBODY wanted anything to do with them. A little more knowledge in my bag now. Posted By:

Louver doors are tough to do with a router. We have been working on a job that has 60 interior doors all louver, and all of the cabinetry has louver doors as well, all done by us and a PIA :). Your doors look great! Check out this company, they do a lot of custom louver work. www.estatemillwork.com ask for Jim Canfield. Again, it looks great. GC Posted By:

www.kirtz.com I'm happy to bid jobs requiring fixed louvers in exotic/semi-exotic species. If paint grade is your need, our entry-level raw material is maple. We are expensive, but the job is done right the first time. Thanks for reading! Ted
