I love the bocote design but am curious how safe some of the exotics (bocote, rosewood, padouk, purpleheart) are as cuttingboards. Personally I wouldn't want to cut my food on them.

I would use them as hanging wall pieces...they are more beautiful and interesting than many paintings I've seen in art galleries. Thanks for sharing!
