Bent wood bar stools

These bar stools were made for a client who had specific height and width restrictions so she couldn't get them in a big box store. These are quarter sawn oak and all of the joinery was mortise and tennon. No nails and the only screws are to hold the swivel mechanism and the seat cushion.

was wondering what process you used for the foot rests, soaking then steaming or straight steam
