Quartered Ash Island/Table

This is a island with a lower countertop that pulled out into a table. I used a few 500lbs slides and some other smaller load slides for stability.

What kind of slides have you used, I am trying to engineer something very similar, but worried about weight.

I think I used KV Ball bearaing heavy duty 500lbs.

full extension or cantilevered inside the cabinet?

Used full ext. slides verticly and horizontonly.
