WoodWOP Wine Rack

08/06/2014

From original questioner:

So after my last post, I figured out that I can assign the shape to a free-form pocket in order to cut it out, but when I get towards the edges of the frame, the shapes are not perfect squares and the macro just turns red when I try to make it a pocket or a routing path. I know that the red means that there is an error but I cannot figure out what is wrong. I even made the acute angle corners into rounds and it still wont work... Anybody have any ideas? THANKS The second picture shows the "not perfect" shapes and the last shows the error macro.

David,

Send me your MPR file and I can look at it. But when you are trying to pocket material in WoodWop. It is particular in that it needs to be easy for it to pocket a hole. So because two corners don't match. It is having trouble calculating a path. It is not as complex at calculating such as enroute is, etc.

I have had to split pockets up before in order to get WoodWop to properly pocket them.

But send me your MPR file to my email below.
