Without getting to deep into the details I'm turning my 3 man business over to an existing contracting business i've had many years of good fortune with.
I'll be leasing my building back to them and my equipment on a lease to buy.
Question is what is a reasonable hourly wage that the area should bear ( southern calif.). Experience, history, good will.
Think of what you would want per hour for this service.
Thanks for your efforts.
$35 to $45 per hour
We pay about $32 in NE. S CA seems like it should be considerably more (to put up with the politics.)
We check with BL and state DOE and ask a local staffing agency that finds us employees what current market rates are. They usually have a good spread for a job based on job description.
