Hey guys, we need to get a good precise stationary miter saw to cut our door parts. We are not a real big operation but neither a small one.
Any suggestions on saws?
CTD saws. This has been discussed here several times over the years, as recently as 5/27/16. Search in the corner box for "CTD" or miter saw and you will get to forum results and the knowledge base.
CTD is my preferred since they are cast iron, solid as can be, and give a fantastically accurate cut with no blade or saw deflection.
Omga also makes very solid miter saws.
We've had an Omga for a long time. Dead on, mirror smooth cuts. Buy top quality blades.
I'm a big omga fan. CTD is very good too from what I understand
