I'm having an issue with the corner rounder taking a chunk out of the trailing edge as the bottom rounder tilts up to complete the rounding.
Everything is fine until the end of the cut. The corner is rounded then half way up the back edge it chips.
This is with abs banding, not pvc.
Has anyone else experienced something like this?
Turn off the corner rounding station and verify your pass pass 1 is square through the end trim, then verify that pass 2 is not only cutting square, but the pressure on the drum pressure is correct and not over pressuring the tape
Also. Verify cutters are sharp on all stations
Probably your edge cutter is off or leaving too much overhang..
