Holz-her glue station10/20
I've got a 1402 HF bander. The little holes where the glue comes out have become plugged up. I've got the little metal poker with the ring on the end to push into the holes. But it doesn't work. When I push on it, it just bends. I cut off the ring end and put it into my drill to try to drill out the holes and no luck with that either.
I'm not quite sure what to try now. I've had a tech come by who seems to be quite good. And he's able to clean it and get it working while he's here using the same techniques that aren't working for me. But then within a day it's plugged up again.
It sounds like maybe you have some contamination in the glue chamber. Have you tried opening the glue meter up as much as possible then flushing the nozzle with glue? Also might be worth taking out the metering rod and cleaning it and looking for contamination while doing so.
