Omnitech Pal

I just purchased a 2007 onmitech 5' x 10' router and wondering if anyone knows how many cfm are required to run the machine? The install tech was not sure if the compressor that I have would run the machine. I will also be running a Biessie Lato 23s at the same time and the scrapers have a constant flow of air running. I currently run a converter for the equipment so I would like to get a single phase unit. The compressor runs as follows:
15.9 @40
15.8 @ 90
15.6 @ 175
I am looking at purchasing one that would be:
22.1 @100
21.2 @175

Compressed air is expensive. Compressing to 175 when you are using @ 90 wastes a lot of energy. Modify that bander to only use the blowers when a part is present. Put in more storage to even out the demand peaks.
Since you are using a recip, realize that they don't have a 100% duty cycle. Make sure your refrigerated drier will keep up based on the temperatures it will be facing, use a coalescing filter before the drier. Failure to maintain clean, dry air will cost you in damages to your equipment.
You can help the refrigerated drier by putting an air to air cooler in front of it.
Kaeser has a good compressed air system design on their web site.
