I am looking to see what type of clamping methods other shops are using to clamp cabinet doors. Currently, we are using bar clamps but this is taking far too long. Looking into a J.L.T. pneumatic cabinet door clamp but gluing 1 door at a time doesn't appear to save any time. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I use that clamp. Glue one and put in clamp. Then glue another. The first has set enough that you can take it out of the clamp. Al so you could pin the joint. I don't pin mine. Never had a problem.

I have JLT clamp, its not all that fast however it is convenient. Sometimes we have doors that need a bit longer clamp time, using space balls with a raised panel would be an example of that. In that case we use a bar clamp after it comes out of the JLT clamp. I don't pin my door joint.

I use a rotary JLT door clamp, and pin them yet.

I use a JLT clamp for projects in the shed. Not a particularly quick process but very handy.

We use a JLT panel clamp. It has 18 clamps, so we can clamp up to 9 doors at a time. By the time we've glued up 5 or 6 doors, they're dry enough to remove and cycle through the next batch.

JLT rotary clamp, 3m PUR adhesive, no pinning, approx assembly time is 45-60 secs per door. Been using this method for 12 years, not a single door failure.

JLT double door clamp, titebond 1, 8 panel buddies oer door, and two 23ga pins per joint
Goes fairly quick and holds good if you rack them with reasonable care
