CNC cut issues

Wondering if anyone has some trouble shooting ideas. I am having some issues with my dowel hole locations. I am running Cabinet Vision. I noticed first that the top and bottoms of my cabinets fronts are not lining up with the fronts of the end panels. left side will fit flush and the right will be 0.30 mm different. I have drawn the exact same end panels in CAD and cut using this Router-Cim Instead. I have the same issue. The distance varies. I don't believe it to be an issue with the programs but rather I think it may be the machine itself. I think that my next steps will be to check the machine by cutting identical squares with dowel holes in rotating positions. Does anyone else have any other potential ideas or tried and true remedies? Thank you in Advance!!! Tonya

There can be a variety of reasons. Is this a pod and rail machine, or a nested based router? Need that information first. Either a pin is out of alignment, or the spindle had a small crash that caused it to move a few thousandths. Usually easily fixed by adjusting a parameter or two. Big question is, what do you mean by "the distance varies"? It isn't the same every time?

In boring of construction methods tell it that you want it @ 25mm or 32 or 37mm at both top construction holes AND mid range holes

Are you keeping the front edge of your bottoms and sides at the pins? I have had that problem with parts from the beam saw. If they are a little big and you are running your parts front edge at pins for your top and bottom, and your sides front away from the pins you will be off what ever the saw was off. so we always keep the front side of every part at the pins who cares if the back that you don't see is off a little.
