Good afternoon All
Just sorting out a new (to me) Biesse Arrow with an OSAI control.
Running a job with three tools. The first 2 tools cut to the proper depth. The last one cuts 0.146 too deep.
While it would be easy to fudge the length of that tool, when I surface the spoilboard it ended up being 0.146 thinner than I expected so it seems that the 0.146 is showing up somewhat randomly.
To set the origins at the beginning of the G code I use
and don't use it again.
In the settings, the length and diameter of the tool match the length and diameter of the offset applied to the tool.
The program manual says to use T6.6 when calling the tool. T6 for the tool and .6 for the offset. Am I inviting problems by invoking the offset?
As I read over this, it seems that I have 2 tools that cut 0.146 too deep for no apparent reason.
Any and all ideas and comments more than welcome.
