can any one help in this problem?
Sounds like bearings. A common easy to deal with problem. Look at the parts manual or the bearings and get a model number.
Call Jack @ Limtech. I am sure he can help and in the future sell you a robust machine.
Free phone support is immediately available for your Omnitech CNC from Giben America
Phone support, service, and remote diagnostics are also available from the factory technicians at Anderson America
If you are for some reason unable, unsuccessful, or unwilling to work with either of these two sources for "reliable service," then please feel free to contact me directly on my cell phone listed below. And, I will put you in touch with one of the 30 or so factory trained independent technicians that also offer & provide "reliable service" for Omnitech machines.
Due to the anonymity of the internet, I do not know your situation or the nature of your dissatisfaction. But please, have the professionalism and common sense not to post something untrue and potentially damaging to your company and to our company on a public forum and open yourself up to that kind of exposure.
Call me & I'll do my best to help you.
I love how "reliable service" is repeatedly quotes. I have no dog in this fight, although I have to wonder what it means.
I confess, that wasn't exactly sure what it meant either. That's why it's in quotes. Im guessing it just means available service? Perhaps it means free service? There's plenty of available service. There's not any free service. Perhaps his meaning makes all the difference?
I'll agree with Cabinet. Stay away. Was once the best game in town (machine and service wise....but management changes (from what I heard from some other sales guys in NC) has this place worse for the wear. Hope it can turn around because these where top quality machines and I have worked with TJ on a number of occasions and he was always the best. Its less the about the service being "available" but more about whether or not the guy on the other end of the phone knows his head from his ass....anyway, for now I will take my business elsewhere, but might consider it again in the future if this "new" management figures their stuff out.
