Have ya'll had a good experience transitioning from Cabnetware to Cabinetvision? I have to make this decision soon and any feedback would be very helpful.
Thanks, John

This is a tough one for me. CW does almost everything I need . and for anything else I use aspire. I wish I could find tech support if I needed it. And I don't very often. Just Im thinking someday something will happen and will have a CNC just sitting there. If I could find support even on a case by case pay as you go I would not make that CW to CV jump. the only winner here is Vero.

John, I myself and quite a few others are not moving over to CV......There is no point CW - S2M does everything I need .....I'm not worried if it not being developed anymore. As for support ....There will be a users support group after April shut down. Just like the old days before Planit Purchased CW.
This you can count on.

I'm with Paul S on this one.
After 20 pulse hours working with CV I found to many reasons not to make the switch. We want to work less generating paperwork not more.

I checked out the supposed better cabinet vision.Found out that it is not better as the sales person claimed. They will try to lead you away from the things it will not do that cabware will do easy. They will have to get it up the same standard as cabinetware before I will consider changing. Does not make sense to me to pay the huge price they are asking to change for a program that will do less.
