Cleaning return air

Recently installed a 16,000 cfm collector in my shop. how do I remove the fine particles that pass through the filter bags before returning to shop. I'm aware I need spark detection and fire suppression. I'm trying to remove the fine particles. A scrubber would work, but I'm concerned about humidity buildup. an elestrostatic. system would work, but I'm concerned about power consumption . I'll be attending IWFS this year.

If the cyclone and bags are doing the job correctly, nothing else needed. Your insurance guy will tell you if you need a blowout panel.

I think you need some roof mounted fans or sidewall exhaust fans

You have an issue with the existing filters if you are getting dust back in the shop. Make sure all socks are seated and clamped, and that none of them have a hole. Either that or someone has undersized the filter media.
