Recomendation on Sander + Wirebrush Machine (mid-size prodduction flooring)2/17
I'm wanting to start finishing wood flooring and paneling and have found the flat line finishing set up I want. However, I'm needing to also figure out sanding and a wire brush set up. Hoping someone might be able to offer a recommendation on these for small-medium size production (maybe 1,000sf per day).
Would prefer something with an infeed and out feed that allows me to keep feeding boards through it. One wire brush I've been considering is Stanza's.
Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks!
Dustin, It looks like a nice machine. Can you go to a dealer and run boards and see what it can do? I have seen at some places guys need to run boards through the machine twice(opposite ends first) this will give a nicer look. But some of that may be due to how their machine is set up.
Dustin ,Check out SuperMaxx for the wire brushing.
What kind of stock removal do you need and what grit belt do you want to end with.
