Provide accurate cost estimates for projects. Maintain open communication with team and utilize drawings, specifications, and requirements to develop precise estimates of project costs.
Measure, help order materials, use CAD, manage projects.
Eligibility Requirements
Great communicator needs to be very likable personality as they will be dealing with contractors/ architects.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, or a combination of relevant industry experience and education.
5 years of experience in millwork, carpentry.
Exceptional knowledge and expertise within the millwork industry, both in the shop and field.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, interior design, and architectural drawings.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Job Salary
$45K base with no commission ceiling (Current Sales/Designers with training are making $100K+ in short order and up to $150K with excellent experience)
