Sr. Project Manager of Commercial/Hospitality Millwork

Job Description:

Looking for a detail oriented, expert task shifter, and a clear and professional communicator. The ability to read drawings and a basic understanding of materials and construction is essential to thriving in this position. Experience in Ultra High-End commercial millwork is a huge plus and highly preferred.

Some key responsibilities of this position include the completion and/or delegation of the following tasks:

Scope and Budget Management

Schedule Management

Review of Shop Drawings

Client Submittal Management

Identification and Procurement of Finish Samples

Monthly Submission of Pay Applications

Generation of Change Orders

Generation of RFIs

Generation of Weekly Project Updates

Coordination with Subcontractors

Coordination of Installations

Eligibility Requirements:

Experience in the below software’s is preferred:

Bluebeam

Microsoft Office

Smartsheet

Procore

Job Salary:

$90K to $125K (pending experience)
