We’re hiring a Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Design Engineer! Woodcrest is a premiere Design-Build firm in Scottsdale, AZ, specializing in high-end residential remodels. One of the most significant remodeling components is the cabinetry, which we design and procure in-house. The candidate will participate in all phases of design including, but not limited to, AutoCAD drawings, space planning, budgeting, placing orders, and product specification, with working knowledge of the intricacies of kitchen, bath, etc cabinetry in design function and details along with other accouterments and finishes associated with the remodel. The right candidate will be focused on the smallest details, formulating designs that align with the brand and acting with professionalism and charisma in a luxury environment. This is a finite technical individual with attention to detail.
Duties:
· Produce project AutoCAD drawings for Kitchen and Bath Cabinetry including floor plans, elevations, drawings, etc.
· Field measurements, pricing, and processing of cabinetry.
· Keep details on meetings, tasks, and managing multiple projects.
· Collaborate with the design and construction team on space planning, layout, and design initiatives.
· Adapt and integrate feedback from the team for design revisions.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
· Attend team meetings and provide input on design strategies.
· Ensure designs are compliant with local building codes and regulations.
· Thorough knowledge of all items within client files.
