Operations, Field, & Design Manager
Marquis Fine Cabinetry is a mid – high end residential and commercial kitchen and bath design and manufacturing company. For 30 years we’ve been involved with trend setting designs along the Gulf Coast. Marquis operates from a beautiful showroom and a separate, state-of-the-art, totally automated manufacturing facility. We are looking to add an experienced Operations Manager to our team.
** *POSITION LOCATED IN SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL**
Our candidate applying for this position must meet the following requirements:
· European cabinetry installation: Minimum 20 years’ experience
· Skilled managerial experience in the construction field
· Expert at reading and interpreting architectural plans and shop drawings
· Extensive engineering knowledge with advanced proficiency in Cabinet Vision Software, 20/20 Design Software, and AutoCAD.
· 20 years of experience in Kitchen & Bath design
· Seasoned at job scheduling, client and contractor logistics, and construction outlooks
· Technologically proficient with strong computer skills
· Very high attention to detail, organization, and time management
· Effective communication skills with ownership, management, project managers, installers, builders, and homeowners
· Friendly customer service experience
· Professional demeanor and appearance
