With a strong commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we're looking for a skilled and reliable Shop Foreman to lead our production team and ensure the timely completion of exceptional woodworking projects.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Manufacturing and Shop Foreman to oversee daily operations in our cabinet shop. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in cabinet making, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. This individual must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all shop activities, including production, quality control, and employee scheduling.

Interpret project blueprints, drawings, diagrams, and specifications.

Oversee the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinets, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Train and mentor shop employees, promoting a productive and safe work environment.

Manage inventory of materials, tools, and hardware.

Maintain and enforce shop safety protocols and cleanliness.

Work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure expectations are met.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve production issues effectively.

Knowledge of cabinet construction techniques and materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CNC machinery.

Familiarity with cabinet design software (e.g., Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD).
