Fairway Custom Cabinets is seeking an experienced Estimator proficient in Innergy ERP software to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will accurately estimate costs for custom cabinetry and millwork projects, ensuring competitive bids that contribute to the company's continued success.

Duties & Responsibilities but not limited too:
Develop accurate bid takeoffs and detailed proposals using Innergy ERP software.
Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to accurately determine project requirements, including labor, materials, and timelines.
Conduct thorough research to identify the most efficient and cost-effective materials and fabrication methods.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and the production team throughout the estimating process.
Prepare clear and concise presentations of estimates, including numerical data and descriptive information.
Provide ongoing support as needed to assist with project management and company-wide goals.
Education, Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Proven estimating experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, or related specialty construction industries.
Expertise and demonstrated proficiency with Innergy ERP software.
Ability to interpret and understand architectural and construction drawings.
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy and precision.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, fostering collaborative and productive team interactions.
Proactive approach with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
Previous experience in woodworking, custom fabrication, or specialty construction strongly preferred.
