RJW is looking for a couple Master Craftsman to add to our team. As a MC, responsibilities would be to fabricate and assemble custom millwork desks, walls, solid surface tops, 3form and other decorative paneling. Mill and assemble hardwood into shapes and designs with special geometry requirements. Work through math equations related to fabrication needs. Understand all steps and action it takes to fabricate and install custom millwork pieces. Have a basic understanding of how-to finish millwork. Be able to estimate basic material needs on occasion and work through complex, ornate designs that include metal, wood, plastics, low voltage (connection by others), acoustics and more.
