Type: Short-term Contract | On-site | Precision Install
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-obsessed millwork installer or small install crew to lead a high-end residential installation in the Miami area. This project includes the installation of custom flooring, wall panels, pocket doors, and furniture elements, all precision-built in our out-of-state facility. You’ll be supported remotely by a full-time Project Manager and Install Manager for clear coordination and backup throughout.
All millwork will have been pre-assembled in our shop, then broken down for transportation, and will require careful on-site re-assembly, scribing, and fitment to the exacting standards expected in luxury residential construction.
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of working at the highest level of residential craftsmanship. You must have your own professional tool set and ideally be able to provide a small, reliable crew to complete the job efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, shop drawings, and schematics
Install custom flooring, wall panels, pocket doors, and furniture-grade millwork
Scribe and fine-tune pieces for perfect on-site fit
Collaborate remotely with PM and Install Manager for coordination and quality control
Solve site-specific challenges with precision and professionalism
Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
Requirements:
Extensive experience installing ultra high-end residential millwork
Proficiency with shop drawings and construction schematics
Excellent finish carpentry and millwork skills
Full set of professional-grade tools
Ability to manage or bring a small team is a strong plus
Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
Ability to deliver clean, tight work under real-world conditions
