We're Hiring: Millwork Estimator – Custom Cabinetry & Millwork

What You’ll Do:
· Review architectural plans, bid packages, and specifications to determine clear, accurate scopes of work
· Prepare detailed estimates using Innergy estimating software
· Communicate with contractors, architects, suppliers, and clients in a clear and professional manner
· Work closely with engineering and production team to handoff the project once awarded
· Ensure all bids are submitted accurately and on time
· Identify all potential bidding contractors and provide estimates accordingly
· Address plan questions or clarifications early in the process
· Confirm that each opportunity aligns with our capabilities and scope
What We’re Looking For:
· Someone who’s detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a structured environment
· A strong communicator via email, phone, and in person
· A true team player who’s also capable of working independently
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
· Proficient in Innergy estimating software
· Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
· Self-motivated and eager to take ownership of your work
· Prior estimating experience is a big plus
· Must be knowledgeable and have experience with custom cabinetry, custom millwork and store fixtures
· Must be forward thinking and solution oriented
· Basic knowledge of general construction is preferred
