Summary
As a Lead Installer, you will oversee the installation of architectural millwork products, ensuring that every project is completed on time and to our high standards of quality. You will lead a team of skilled installers, coordinating daily activities, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
-Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate installation and adherence to design.
-Coordinate with project managers and other trades to schedule installations and resolve issues.
-Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns and providing exceptional service.
-Perform quality checks to guarantee that all installations meet our quality benchmarks.
-Lead and supervise a team of installers during the installation of millwork products.
-Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
-Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
-Travel to and from jobs with occasional overnight stay.
Requirements
-Ability to read blueprints and understand construction techniques.
-Practical problem-solving skills to communicate any problems or obstacles
-5+ Years experience in equivalent field, previous architectural millwork installation experience is required.
