We're looking for a serious furniture maker to join our team at Chapter & Verse NYC. We're a small, high-end studio doing custom furniture and millwork at the highest level—working out of a sun-filled space in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, the city’s premier manufacturing hub.
Our ideal candidate embodies the following skill set:
° Proficient in the full array of hand tools as well as machinery
° Can dictate construction details and layout with little oversight
° Works to very tight tolerances at a fair pace
° Troubleshoots and problem-solves with an independent mindset
° Can take a project from start to completion
