Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of this Fast Paced - High-End Architectural Woodworking and Casework operation.

The candidate will report to the company President and have numerous department heads reporting to them. Duties will consist of, but not be limited to project management, engineering, manufacturing, field installation, etc.

• Degree nice, but not mandatory
• Must have 7 plus years experience as Plant Manager.
• Must come from High-End Architectural Woodworking and Casegoods experience.
• Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Must be a hands-on manager
• Looking for a specific type of candidate. Someone living in the ultra-high end market, hands on, and one that doesn’t bounce jobs every 2-3 years.
