Experienced CNC Operator
Lifeflo is a furniture manufacturing company located in Pendleton, SC that operates primarily in the healthcare and office furniture markets. We are currently accepting applications for an Experienced CNC Operator.
Description
This is a full time (40 hours per week) position. The starting pay rate for this position is $20/hr, with occasional opportunities for overtime. Working hours are 730am-4pm, Monday through Friday). All new hires will complete a 90-day probationary period.

Duties
A competitive candidate will have verifiable experience independently operating a nesting base CNC system to include the following:
Select programs
Operate CNC machine
Verify proper output
Troubleshoot and diagnose basic common problems
Assist in staging output components for the Assembly team
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Inspect work using existing quality standards
Additional Responsibilities
May periodically assist production at the direction of the Operations Manager
May cross train and operate other computer based machines as needed .
Minimum Qualifications
-Verifiable experience independently operating a nest based CNC
-Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and CNC program files
-Experience operating basic hand tools
-Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and check dimensions
-Working knowledge of joinery and construction methods
-Manual dexterity, the ability to regularly and safely lift up to 50lbs, and stand for long periods is required
Desired Qualifications
-Prior experience in a manufacturing/ production environment
-Experience with other computerized millwork machinery (ie edgebander)
-Woodworking skills of any kind are a plus
-Background in industrial maintenance
