Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and process-driven Production Manager to lead our in-house manufacturing operations. • Lead and support production staff; manage daily shop operations, shop labor allocation, and resource planning.
• Uphold and enforce safety, quality, and process standards.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in custom millwork, casework, or architectural woodworking production management.
• Strong technical understanding of woodworking machinery, materials, and fabrication techniques.
