Plant Manager (Title may change)
Southeast

Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of this Fast Paced - High-End Architectural Woodworking and Casework operation.
Will report directly to the company President and have numerous department heads reporting to them. Duties will consist of, but not be limited to project management, engineering, manufacturing, field installation, etc.
Manage operations across 3 facilities with 100+ employees.
Direct architectural millwork, stairs, and fine metals production.
Recruit employees; build a skilled and reliable workforce.
Oversee purchasing strategies, improving vendor relationships and buying power.
Ensure quality standards from in-house project management through field installation.
Degree nice, but not mandatory
Must have 7 plus years experience in Plant Management.
Familiar with workflow systems that improve cost tracking and delivery times.
Must come from High-End Architectural Woodworking and Casegoods experience.
Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
Must be a hands-on manager
Looking for a specific type of candidate. Someone living in the ultra-high end market, hands on, and one that doesnt bounce jobs every 2-3 years.
