A well-established Mid-Atlantic architectural millwork and casework manufacturer with approximately 80+ associates is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead high-value commercial bids and support continued growth.
This is a career-level role for an experienced millwork estimator who understands commercial construction, pricing strategy, and how to win profitable work—not an entry-level position.

What You’ll Do
• Lead estimating efforts for complex commercial millwork and casework projects
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda
• Develop accurate, competitive, and profitable bid proposals
• Solicit and negotiate vendor and subcontract pricing
• Identify value-engineering and margin-improvement opportunities
• Maintain estimating databases, cost keys, and pricing models
• Submit bids on time and follow through to close work
• Support smooth turnover to Project Management
• Maintain relationships with GCs, architects, and vendors

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years estimating architectural millwork / casework (commercial required)
• Strong understanding of fabrication, materials, and installation
• Proven ability to price work accurately and win projects
• Experience with estimating software (Crow’s Nest or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple bids without sacrificing accuracy
• Professional communicator comfortable working with senior-level clients
