Production Manager

Excellent, rapidly growing Architectural Millwork Manufacturer is seeking a Production Manager who will oversee/ manage Production. Machine operators and Cabinetmakers in their fast-paced production environment. Will also be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair of shop equipment and recommend new equipment upgrades.
Duties:
• Daily scheduling of work.
• Facilitating weekly production meetings.
• Assignment and load-leveling of tasks.
• Quality control.
• Overseeing work flow processes.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years Production Management experience in Millwork / Custom Casework operations.
• Must be knowledgeable in productivity standards in collaboration with Operations Manager.
• Will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair of shop equipment and recommend new equipment upgrades.
• Should have a proven track record in meeting deadlines
• Tech savvy.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
