Description
Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Work Prep Technician with a strong background in woodworking and cabinet making. The ideal candidate will possess computer proficiency, particularly in AutoCAD and Excel, and have experience with 3-axis CNC programming. However, we are open to training individuals who demonstrate expertise in millwork construction and production workflows.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Deconstruct cabinetry components using AutoCAD to create detailed manufacturing drawings.
Document manufacturing processes and installation sequences in Excel.
Program 3-axis CNC machines to produce precise parts.
Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize production workflows.
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
Background in woodworking, cabinet making, or millwork construction.
Experience with 3-axis CNC programming is a plus; training available for the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
