Job Description:
Z Construction and Remodeling is seeking an experienced Mozaik and/or Cabinet Vision Programmer to join our growing team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This is an in-office position and is not remote. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and capable of translating design intent into accurate, production-ready shop drawings and CNC programs.
Responsibilities:
Program custom cabinetry and millwork using Mozaik and/or Cabinet Vision
Produce detailed shop drawings, cut lists, and CNC-ready files
Work closely with designers, project managers, and shop personnel to ensure production accuracy
Optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and material usage
Revise drawings and programs as required based on project changes or field conditions
Maintain company drafting and programming standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Mozaik and/or Cabinet Vision
Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods, materials, and hardware
Experience generating CNC programs and shop documentation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
