About Us
For 30 years, Marquis Fine Cabinetry has set the standard in the Gulf Coast for high-end custom kitchen and bath cabinetry. We are seeking a proven leader to oversee and grow our sales, design, and engineering department. This role is a cornerstone position and will ultimately serve as Vice President of Sales & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, sales professionals, and engineers.
Oversee day-to-day departmental operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Drive sales strategy and growth while maintaining Marquis’ reputation for excellence in the high-end residential market.
Implement and optimize processes in Cabinet Vision to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Act as a senior kitchen and bath designer, providing design leadership, mentoring, and client-facing expertise.
Collaborate with ownership and production management to ensure seamless project execution.
Cultivate client relationships and ensure a world-class customer experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of proven experience in the custom cabinet industry, specifically in management of sales, design, and engineering teams.
Expert knowledge of Cabinet Vision and engineering workflows.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic vision and day-to-day execution.
Senior-level kitchen & bath design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating luxury residential projects.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the high-end market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to act as a trusted partner to ownership.
Compensation & Benefits
Our comprehensive compensation package will earn you well into 6 figures which is based on a combination of salary which will be based on experience and quarterly override on the overall department sales as well as annual bonuses which is based on performance.
