Custom Cabinet Maker / Machine Operator (in beautiful Destin, FL)
$22-27/hr to Start
Marquis Fine Cabinetry is a mid – high end residential and commercial cabinet manufacturer. For more than 30 years we’ve been involved with trend setting designs along the Gulf Coast. Marquis operates from a beautiful showroom and a separate, state-of-the-art, totally automated manufacturing facility. We are looking to add an experienced Custom Cabinet Maker / Machine Operator to the team.
Our ideal candidate must have:
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience with custom cabinetry/carpentry
- Ability to use Edgebander, Panel Saw, Bore and Dowel Machinery
· Knowledge of tools required including:
· Chop-saw, all hand-tools, table saw, router, laminate application, bendy board, etc.
· Efficient with deadlines and ability to work Saturdays upon request (Notified in advance).
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ability to read architectural plans and AutoCAD shop drawings
Computer/technology proficient
Attention to details and quality of workmanship
Effective communication skills with salespeople, builders, and homeowners
Professional demeanor and appearance
