Company Overview:
We are a premier architectural millwork firm operating a 75,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with automated machinery. We leverage Microvellum and INNERGY ERP to produce high-end custom cabinetry, entry doors, and trim for luxury residential and commercial sectors.

The Opportunity:
Lead and shape our engineering department. You will translate complex architectural designs into production-ready data, ensuring manufacturability, efficiency, and execution on the shop floor.

Core Responsibilities:
Design Translation: Convert architectural drawings and ID sets into detailed shop drawings, 3D renderings, and submittals using Microvellum BSB

Production Data: Generate optimized cut lists and CNC programs via the Processing Center

System Leadership: Help manage and refine the Microvellum library, materials, hardware

ERP Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between engineering and our INNERGY ERP system.

Qualifications:
3+ years experience engineering custom cabinetry or architectural millwork.

High Microvellum proficiency

Strong ability to create shop drawings, cutlists, and material summaries.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred: AutoCAD/BricsCAD proficiency, CNC programming experience, and a degree in Wood Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
