Experienced Architectural Millwork Estimator
Job Description :
Our company is in search of a self-directed and experienced Millwork Estimator to help generate revenue for the company through successful project sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Identify best opportunities to bid.
• Cultivate opportunities into sales for the company.
• Develop relationships with general contractors, strategic individuals, developers and owners that will lead to successful sales opportunities for the Company.
• Prepare estimates for use in planning, organizing and scheduling work
• Analyze drawings and other documents to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates
• Oversee and coordinate the awarded projects with production team
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
The appropriate candidate will have strong communication skills and a solid work ethic. Candidates must have a teamwork mentality and should be experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• Must have at least 5 years of millwork experience.
• Ability to read architectural plans, specifications, take-offs, and interpret material and fabrication requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in estimating, residential construction, or project management.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
• Patience and attention to detail.
• Commitment to excellence and quality of work.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
